After a box or order is
shipped, you will receive a tracking email. You may need to check that these
emails are not sent to your Spam.

Where do you
ship to?

Subscription boxes and all Merch items ship for a fee anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.

What shipping
options are available?

Currently, we only ship
through the United States Postal Service (USPS)

Do subscription
boxes going to the same address ship together?

Yes, we ship subscription boxes going to the same shipping address together. Please note, we ship the first crate of new subscriptions as soon as possible, so
first crates may ship individually. Subsequent crates for the same shipping
address will process on the same date each month and ship together in the same
box going forward. 


Purchases made
with a bulk discount and subscription boxes are ineligible for return. We accept returns on Merch orders if the items are unused and not damaged. Returns require a return merchandise authorization and must be made within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping and handling fees. All
return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
